I have done various permaculture design projects for customers including Fife Diet, WWF, Glasgow Community Food Network, Comrie Croft, Boreland Farm, Whitmuir Farm and Faldonside House
Here’s a couple of examples.
Faldonside House
In 2023 I was asked to design food production for the walled garden at Faldonside house in the Scottish Borders. The new owners of the site wanted to bring the garden back into production. This project is being implemented by the organic grower, Nick Major.
Comrie Croft
In 2011 I was asked to complete some design work for the whole site at Comrie Croft. This included recommendations to create a market garden, improve the reception area, plant orchards and move the location of the mountain bike shop. After a lot of hard work, most of my recommendations have been implemented and the site is looking fantastic!
